5 month updates

5 month updates:

• sitting up!!!
• blows raspberries
• imitates you when you talk to her (hilarious!)

Gracie's 1st Christmas

This just about sums up the craziness

that was our Christmas morning in Southold...

and we loved every single second of it!

Weekend...

Our weekend kicked off on Friday morning with a phone call from daycare... projectile vomiting. Saturday morning, Gracie felt better but Bryan was worse for the wear. Sunday morning, Bryan felt better but I had caught the bug. 



we visited the doc...

& took lots of naps

Better this weekend than next,

right?!

Gracie's 1st Christmas

We are loving this holiday season...

So far, Gracie has:

• visited with Santa and Mrs. Claus twice (once in Malvern, once at mama's work)
• watched Abby ride very fancy Christmas ponies
• dressed up as an elf and helped decorate our Christmas tree
• sang lots of Christmas carols
• started her holiday shopping
• worked on special ornament crafty projects
• went to her first tree trimming party

We can't wait for more holiday celebrations

 with family and friends!!!

Thanksgiving Morning

Before heading to Grammy & Gramps' house on Thanksgiving, we bundled up, got some coffee and had a nice family stroll... there were even some flurries to get us in the holiday spirit!

I couldn't resist one of these big, bright bows any longer. I tried to hold myself back from over the top accessories but have given up. 

There may even be one (actually two) more

To get ready for Thanksgiving,

Gracie attended a Pow Wow with her friends at daycare...

We are excited to spend turkey day

 at Grammy & Gramps' new house!

4 month updates

Gracie had her 4 month well visit today!

Weight: 13 lbs 12 oz (50th percentile)

Height: 24.25 inches (over 2 feet + 45th percentile)

Head:  42.5 cm (85th percentile)

The pediatrician once again told me that her head size is normal given how large my head is... he also asked her where all of her hair was!

A Giant Meltdown...

Everyone was in good spirits at the start of the game,

however Bryan & Gracie have both suffered a few meltdowns...

and the game is not over yet!!!

our sweet little grace got her first cold late last week and is still struggling through it...

there has been a whole lot of this in our house the past couple of days. 

Gracie - 3 months old

Our little Gracie Lou will be 4 months next week...
which reminded me that I never got around to posting her 3 month pictures:

• started daycare
• LOVES listening to us sing Old McDonald allll the time (and sings along)
• was baptized and has a wonderful set of godparents, Aunt Kate & Uncle Sean
• had her first cold :(
• can roll from her belly to her back 
• scoots in circles
• is always chatting, chatting, chatting
• belly laughs over "peekabo" with Mommy & Daddy
• went trick or treating as a bunny with cousins Henry the giraffe horse, Maeve the monkey, Abby the kangaroo & Graham the puppy dog
