Happy Thanksgiving!

We started off Thanksgiving with our 2nd annual Turkey Trot and finished with family & food. 

A few highlights I want to remember:

• Burning the wings off the turkey and filling the house with smoke.
• Grammy pouring gravy in a strainer on the counter, thinking it was in a bowl.
• Cousins playing hide & seek and pin the hat on the turkey.
• Hosting our first turkey day!

Options

Gracie’s new favorite word is options…  For example:

“Those my options, Mommy?” (in response to telling her we don’t go to school or work on the weekend)

“No, those Millie’s options.” (in response to telling her she needed to put on clothes or sit on the stairs)

“Those not my options, those Daddy’s options.” (when above didn’t work)
